The Hirer must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking. Proof of age may be requested before confirming the booking.
Where the facility is hired for an event primarily involving persons under 21 years of age, the Hirer (being over 21 years) accepts full responsibility for supervision and conduct during the hire period.
The Facility Manager reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where the Hirer does not meet the minimum age requirement or fails to provide satisfactory proof of age.

Room Descriptions & Rates

Room Capacities:

The maximum number of people attending the venue shall not exceed the room capacity as stated below.

Auditorium (300 capacity)
Hall (150 capacity)
Multipurpose Room (20 capacity)
Meeting Room (6 capacity)
Office/Counselling Room (4 capacity)

Hourly Hire
Perfect for shorter bookings of up to 4 hours. Hire time includes setup and pack down, and all rates are exclusive of GST.

Full Day (5+ Hour) Hire
Ideal for longer events of 5 hours or more. Hire time includes setup and pack down, and all rates are exclusive of GST.

Sunday Bookings
Availability is limited. Please contact our office at 073481 2921 for enquiries.

Room Configuration
We can arrange specific room layouts to suit your event. Additional fees may apply.

Office/Counselling Room ($20 hourly / $120 full day)

Add On: Commercial Kitchen ($20 hourly / $125 full day)

Cleaning Surcharge (events serving food with 10+ people) + storage
